- Respect all terms related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

4. Bookings and Payments
- Reservations must be confirmed via our platform or directly through authorized personnel.
- Full or partial payment may be required upfront.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways.
- Pricing may vary in USD and HNL (Honduran Lempira).
- You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once a booking is accepted.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Our general policy is:
- Full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours in advance.
- Partial refunds (50%) for cancellations 24-72 hours in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows. Custom policies may apply to certain providers. These will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in tours booked via our platform, you acknowledge that:
- Outdoor and aquatic activities involve inherent risks.
- Coral Reef Capital, S.A. is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage caused by third parties or force majeure events.
- You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your actions.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, text, logos, and media are the intellectual property of Coral Reef Capital, S.A. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In Honduras: Disputes shall be resolved under the Honduran Commercial Code.
- In the U.S.: U.S. users agree to resolve disputes through mediation or binding arbitration where applicable.
